Workshop online on “Setting up an International Arbitration Proceeding”
Program
Directed to international arbitration practitioners and in house counsel engaged in managing cross-border disputes, the workshop aims to provide participants with insight regarding the start of the international arbitration process.
In particular, key matters such as how to manage pleadings, fees, the constitution of the Tribunal (appointment of arbitrators and challenges), the case management conference, Procedural Order No. 1 and the procedural timetable will be explored.
